The lounge area features 2 comfortable sofas which look out on to spectacular views of the ocean.
Also includes colour TV with built in Freeview, an assortment of dvds, books & games suitable for children as well as adults. Table lamps placed throughout the lounge area, make for a more relaxing atmosphere.
The dining area is situated off the lounge and contains a tiled top table which seats 8 comfortably. The overhead lighting, illuminates the table to enhance the dining experience.
Fully fitted kitchen with hi gloss units, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, double oven and fridge freezer. This area also incorporates a breakfast bar with 7 high stools, again with views looking out to the ocean and surrounding country side.
The bathroom contains a bath with overhead showers, one of which is electric and the other a power shower, wash hand basin & wc. There is also another separate wc.
All 3 bedrooms have large patio doors which enables guests to observe the beautiful panoramic views by day and listen to the gentle waves lapping by night.

This bedroom has a set of bunkbeds with a third pull-out bunk if required also contains a single bed. So sleeps 4 conveniently. Other matching bedroom furniture.
Garden & parking
The back garden is very private and from here you’ll be able to admire the stunning views, Mull of Kintyre is visible on a clear day and the Four Headlands is the east of Antrim coastline. This area of the property is an ideal spot for Al Fresco dining or just chilling out, with a glass of wine watching the sinking sun cast a blanket of burnished gold over the sea and headlands before dipping beneath the horizon, finally transforming the sea to a shimmering silver glass.
With parking for 3/4 cars. This location has something for all ages.
